| Level 1 Support Price is per hour (minimum one hour charge) | $ 190 |
| Level 2 Support Yearly Plan for Single User. | $ 595 |
| Level 3 Support Yearly Plan for Multi User. | $ 795 |
| Yearly support plans include unlimited phone support, maintenance releases and service packs available for download from the web. Current and new version updates during the years contract span. Price does not include custom programming, consulting services or data disaster recovery which might occur due to disk crashes or virus attacks. These are additional services and are billed as required. Support hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm EST. After hours support is available, contact us for details. | |

| General Services include Project Management, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, Business Assessment, and General Consulting. Services are billed hourly by our staff which includes senior level professionals with over 25 years experience each in their respective field. |
