  • View right on the work order screen, credit information, open invoices, open and unscheduled work orders, warranty equipment at the site and other pertinent information related to the customer and site.
  • Maintains both a customer master and billing master to allow one billing master for unlimited customer service locations.
  • Look up open work orders during new work order entry.  View  un-scheduled work orders during dispatch data entry.
  • System alerts to advise you have a technician in the area during dispatch entry of a new service call.
  • Select and schedule the work order for one or more technicians.
  • Print out route slips by technician and zone.
  • Re-assign work orders for return trips to the service site.
  • Assign parts for a work order and automatically convert the entries to a purchase order if there is no stock.
  • Supports up to 65,00 service vehicles and allows each vehicle to be assigned a stock inventory that can be issued to a work order and restocked with a purchase order.
  • Order parts for a particular vehicle and keep track of what work order the parts were used on.
  • Assign unlimited number of job tickets to one work order and keep track of travel time, arrival time, departure time, time on job, and total time per each job ticket.   Convert theses time to billable times.
  • Daily Time Report (DTR) can be printed for any technician for a range of dates for payroll reporting.
  • Keep track of warranty equipment and assign them to a particular location.
  • Display and select warranty equipment right on the work order.
  • Enter labor and parts on the same work order.
  • Allows taxing parts and labor separately or not at all. 
  • Special prices can be assigned to different customers for all parts and services.
  • Selling prices for parts or services can be updated globally by vendor or class of parts or services.
